## 二、实测等价美元额度（2026年4月最新）

## 四、缓存机制（关键变量）

- **Cache Read 免费** — 官方订阅在 Claude Code 中，读缓存不消耗额度。API 则是 0.1 倍率。
- **Cache Write** — 1M上下文时为 $3.125/token，200k上下文时为 $5/token。
- **缓存命中率** — 实际 80-90%，能大幅延长可用量。长对话中缓存占比越来越大，避免重复创建缓存。
- **缓存 TTL** — 官方订阅约 1h（Max），Pro 约 5min。API 约 5min。曾被静默缩短后又改回。

## 五、高峰时段折扣

- **时段：**美西 5-11am（中国 20:00-02:00）
- **折扣：**高峰时段 5h 额度打折，2026年4月实测系数约 0.7x（非此前传言的 0.5x）
- **周限额不变：**官方称"高峰调整只影响5h限额，每周总额度保持不变"

## 六、Pro 用 Opus 的代价

Pro 用户**可以**使用 Opus（2025年12月起开放），但额度消耗极快：

- 一个 Opus 对话能干掉 **51%** 的 5h 限额
- 用 Opus 大约 **半小时** 就能耗尽一个 5h 窗口
- Opus 消耗速度约为 Sonnet 的 **2倍**

## 七、20x 的"20x"名不副实

自 2025年8月周限额实施后，5x/20x 的命名已失去实际意义：

- **5h限额：**20x ≈ 5x 的 4倍（$72 vs $18）
- **周限额：**20x ≈ 5x 的 2.7倍（$625 vs $234）
- **总量：**20x 只是 5x 的 2倍，和价格比例一致（$200 vs $100）
- **20x 的真正优势：**单次 5h 窗口额度更大，适合短时间高强度使用

## 八、省钱策略

- **优先用 Sonnet：**Opus 消耗速度是 Sonnet 的 2倍，日常用 Sonnet 更省
- **利用缓存：**长对话中缓存命中率 80-90%，cache read 免费
- **避开高峰：**中国时间 20:00-02:00 额度打折
- **5x 性价比最高：**总量与价格比例一致，但 5h 窗口更小
- **拼车选 20x：**同样预算下，20x 的 5h 限额比 5x 高 65%
- **降低推理强度：**不需要深度推理时关闭 extended thinking
- **限制上下文：**设置 `CLAUDE_CODE_AUTO_COMPACT_WINDOW=200000`
